BOP Pressure Test Unit
 

The Pneumatic Pressure Test Unit is a new type of pressure test device developed by our company based on the working principle of the pneumatic pressure test device introduced from abroad and combined with the actual situation in my country. It uses compressed air as the power source, with the pneumatic pump as the pressure, and the output liquid pressure is proportional to the gas source pressure. By adjusting the gas source pressure, the corresponding liquid pressure can be obtained. When the gas pressure and the liquid pressure are balanced, the pneumatic pump stops charging, and the output liquid pressure is stabilized at the pre-adjusted pressure. By controlling the size of the air intake, the pressure increase speed is controlled. Therefore, it has the characteristics of explosion-proof, adjustable output pressure, controllable pressure increase speed, small size, light weight, simple operation, reliable performance, and wide application range. It is especially used for high-pressure and ultra-high-pressure pressure testing of pressure-blowout prevention equipment, valves, pipelines, connectors, pressure vessels and other pressure-bearing equipment in oilfield drilling and production projects. It is also suitable for scientific research and inspection departments as a detection tool.
 
The hydraulic test equipment can meet the factory inspection of products such as drilling blowout preventers, oil (gas) trees and wellhead devices, throttling and well killing manifolds, and can also meet the functional tests of the above products. The equipment complies with standards and requirements.

1. Using water or oil as the pressure test medium, water pressure tests of different pressure levels between 35MPa-280MPa can be achieved.
2. The entire test process is fully computer-controlled, all test settings and operations can be completed on the automatic console, and each valve can also be manually remotely controlled to achieve an unmanned site for all-round pressure testing.
3. The computer automatically generates pressure and time curves, displays them in real time, and stores various data, and can print out Chinese and English inspection reports at any time.
4. The test object is monitored in all directions, and the video data of the whole process is compressed and stored.
5. The computer automatic pressure relief and manual pressure relief dual pressure relief devices are safer and more reliable.
6. The whole set of pneumatic pressure test pump equipment has mature technology, and many domestic companies have used it safely for many years.
7. The core components of the equipment, gas booster pumps, high-pressure valves, and pipelines are all imported from the United States, which are safe and reliable.
8. The electrical control part follows the electrical industry standards, adopts well-known brand industrial control computers and data acquisition cards, and has stable control performance and true and reliable data.
